This policy explains what information Fidelity Insurance Services (“we,” “us”) collects through https://www.fidelityis.ai, how we use it, and how you can have it removed. It applies to this website only — not to the coverage or claims information we hold about existing clients as your insurance agent, which is governed separately by our agency agreements and carrier requirements.
What we collect
When you submit our quote request form, we collect your full name, company name, email address, phone number, the coverage you’re interested in, and any details you choose to write about your fleet or business. We don’t use analytics cookies or third-party trackers on this site, and we don’t collect any information beyond what you submit directly.
How we use it
Information submitted through the quote form is sent directly to your agent by email and used solely to prepare and follow up on your insurance quote. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with insurance carriers or wholesalers strictly as needed to obtain or bind the coverage you’ve requested.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or for the duration of your policy if you become a client, consistent with standard insurance recordkeeping requirements.
Your rights
